CineMetrics ("we," "us," or "our") operates a cloud-based box office management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Platform.

Payment Information: When you subscribe, our payment processor collects payment card information, billing address, and transaction details. We store only tokenized payment references and transaction metadata, not complete card numbers.

Communications: When you contact us, we collect the contents of your messages, attachments, and contact information.

Information We Collect Automatically

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you access and use the Platform, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, links clicked, and referring URL.

Log Data: Our servers automatically record information including access times, actions performed, data entered, and errors encountered.

Device Information: We collect device identifiers, hardware model, operating system version, and mobile network information.

Location Data: We collect geographic location information derived from your IP address and geocoded theater addresses you enter.

With Other Users: The Platform facilitates business relationships between theaters, distributors, and producers. Users you engage with can see information relevant to your business relationship.

For Legal Reasons: We disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
